Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you have any issues after placing your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Which payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. In some cases, we also accept payments by Wire Transfer, depending on the customer's country of residence and payment limitations.
What's included with my purchase?
Every pair of sunglasses is included with our microfiber cloth and hard shell protective sunglasses case.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally take between 1-2 weeks to arrive to North America and Europe, and 2-3 weeks to other continents. Do bear in mind that processing time takes 1-2 days, and must be added to the shipping times to get the total time taken to receive your order.
Can I return an item?

Do you restock items once they have been sold out?
It depends on the particular item. If it is a product that comes from our regular range, it may be restocked. If there is a specific product that you are seeking, please get in touch with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, most of the time, once an item is sold out, we do not stock it again.
What happens if I receive my order and the item is broken?
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us by email within the first 48 hours of receipt to rectify the situation.
What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to almost every country. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down menu at checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you. In most cases, we'll be able to accept payment by Western Union or bank transfer, and subsequently ship your order out to you successfully.
